NEW LARVOTTO BEACH: TRANSFORMING THE AREA
The new project unites the Larvotto both at waterfront level and at the level of the Promenade-Princess Grace Avenue, resulting in a public space of 15,000 m2. In addition to the 10,000 m2 of restaurants, cafes and shops, the iconic Blue School occupies a prominent place with additional functions for children, creating a dynamic environment that will attract people all year round.
