Architect Emmanuel Deverini is working with J.Pastor & Fils to create a family-run residential building in the historic district of La Condamine, known for its famous structures such as the Prince's Palace. This new construction in Monaco, located in the rue Princesse Florestine, will have 11 apartments, including a luxurious penthouse. The structure will also include three basements and commercial space on the ground floor. With the exception of the private bathrooms, which will have stone floors, all three-bedroom apartments will have natural wood floors. Each of the five levels will contain only two units, and all will have elevator access.
