NEW LARVOTTO BEACH: TRANSFORMING THE AREA

Larvotto beach has reopened after a 22-month break. Public sandy space, you can now enjoy the 14,000 m2 of this non-smoking beach and promenade. Not only that, but there are also a multitude of new patios and restaurants to explore. The new construction was planned by the famous Italian designer Renzo Piano.

The new project unites the Larvotto both at waterfront level and at the level of the Promenade-Princess Grace Avenue, resulting in a public space of 15,000 m2. In addition to the 10,000 m2 of restaurants, cafes and shops, the iconic Blue School occupies a prominent place with additional functions for children, creating a dynamic environment that will attract people all year round. The avenue is surrounded by Mediterranean umbrella pine vegetation.

The Director of Urban Development expressly stressed that the rehabilitation work should aim to "reclaim the public space" of this famous place in the Principality. As a result, there is a new cycle path, over 130 trees for shade and a range of amenities such as a nursery, gym and diving school. Thanks to the restoration of the site for ease of access, people with reduced mobility and disabilities can now enjoy the beach.

Space for everyone
 

The new beachfront resort is ideal for people of all ages, with its covered promenade and completely renovated beach allowing locals and tourists alike to enjoy the seafront, swim in the Mediterranean and enjoy the sun of the Riviera. While relaxing by the ocean, you can eat on one of the four private beaches: La Rose des Vents, Le Neptune, La Note Bleue or Le Miami. Relax in the shade of pine trees or enjoy a drink with friends or lunch with family. It's a place to relax for all of us.
