From Michelin-Starred Cuisine to Open-Air Cabarets: What's New in Monaco for Summer 2023
As the summer months approach, exciting new establishments are set to open their doors in the Principality of Monaco. Among the highly anticipated openings is "Les Ambassadeurs by Christophe Cussac," located at the prestigious Hôtel Métropole. The renowned Michelin-starred chef has crafted an exquisite menu, to be enjoyed in a beautifully designed setting created by the talented interior architect Jacques Garcia.
In addition, Monte-Carlo SBM is introducing three major innovations that are sure to delight visitors and locals alike. First up is Amazónico, a restaurant that draws inspiration from the vibrant culture and flavors of South America, set to open soon in the Café de Paris. Following that is Club La Vigie, opening its doors on June 2nd with a beach club atmosphere and stunning waterfront views. Lastly, from the end of June, Maona Monte-Carlo will bring an open-air cabaret experience to the city, complete with a selection of handcrafted cocktails that are sure to impress.
