Apartment size also influences pricing:

  • Studios: €39,621/m²
  • 2-room apartments: €45,153/m²
  • 3-room apartments: €48,281/m²
  • 4-room apartments: €56,106/m²
  • 5+ room apartments: €61,932/m²

Exceptional properties, such as penthouses and villas, can command prices exceeding €100,000 per square meter.

In 2024, Monaco introduced new regulations affecting real estate traders, including increased transcription fees and stricter financial guarantees. These measures aim to curb speculation and encourage long-term investment, leading to a short-term decrease in transactions but promoting market stability in the long run .
